One of the best parts of your Pigeon Forge vacation will be eating delicious food with your travel group. If you're trying to decide where to go, let us tell you about some of  our favorite spots! Here is a list of 4 family-style restaurants in Pigeon Forge you need to visit:


  1. Mama's Farmhouse Restaurant You can get a great family-style meal at Mama's Farmhouse Restaurant. The delicious dishes were created by the Johnson family great-grandmother (Also known as Mama) Her family opened the restaurant to continue her legacy. Visitors come every day for classic southern hospitality and great food! For breakfast, eat a slice of hash brown casserole. It is a combination of potatoes, onions, cheese, and cornflakes. You’ll also get a hot and fluffy biscuit on the side. Save some room for a pinwheel, a pastry topped with cinnamon sugar. Wash it all down with a steaming cup of coffee. For lunch or dinner, you get a meat or fish entree with equally delicious sides. Entree options include fried chicken, ham, turkey and stuffing, or fried fish. The entrees come with 4 sides of your choice Get mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, and more on the side. You can finish off your meal with a sweet dessert, such as a peach cobbler with ice cream or banana pudding. 

  2. The Old Mill Restaurant Another one of the great family-style restaurants in Pigeon Forge is The Old Mill Restaurant  at the Old Mill in Pigeon Forge. For lunch or dinner, everyone gets their own entree. Choices include Deep South Chicken Pot Pie, Southern Style Catfish, and Grilled Boneless Porkchops. The equally delicious side dishes of Corn Fritters, green beans, and potatoes are served family-style. Everyone also gets to choose a treat after the main meal, such as chocolate cake or blackberry cobbler. As you enjoy your food, look at the window and admire the views of the Old Mill on the Little Pigeon River and see why it is one of the most photographed mills in America!

  3. Paula Deen's Family Kitchen If you’re at the Island in Pigeon Forge, stop by Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen. They serve every meal family-style. For breakfast, get the best of savory and sweet when you order the Alrighty Then Scrambled Eggs and the Ooey Gooey Butter Pancakes as your entrees. Get the Millionaire Bacon, the Creamy Hashbrown Casserole, and the Southwest Cheesy Grits as your sides. If you come later in the day, get the Best Ever Southern Fired Chicken and the Georgia Grilled Catfish. Side choices include green beans, mashed potatoes, and baked mac and cheese. Visitors love that there are free refills on all the dishes. Lunch and dinner also have dessert included.  Choose from banana pudding, Ooey Gooey Butter Cake, or seasonal cobbler. 


  4. Aunt Granny's While you’re in Dollywood, take a break from all the fun to have a delicious meal at Aunt Granny’s, located in the Rivertown Junction area! USA today calls it one of the top 10 best theme park restaurants in the country. A hearty meal will give you energy to conquer the rest of the day in the expansive park. Start off with an appetizer of Braised Cabbage or Garlic Cheddar Biscuits. For your main dish, the restaurant has great options like Herb-Baked Chicken and Southern Fried Catfish.  For dessert, you’ll love the seasonal cobbler or classic chocolate chip cookies!
